Weekends in the Bigg Boss House continue to keep the audience glued to their seats. Rightly named ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’, Bigg Boss OTT 2 is doing a good job at keeping everyone entertained. Even on marketing grounds, by providing a free watch to the world through Jio Cinema, Bigg Boss has earned a great deal of audience reach. Clippings of the show are circulating all over the internet every single day. Even people who don’t watch the show particularly know bits of it, thanks to the viral excerpts.
This Sunday, in episode 23, there’s countless ‘happenings’ that barged in. Briefly, here’s what happened:
Manisha Rani and Jiya Shankar were put up for a personality test task which turned into a bitter face-off battle. When asked to describe each other’s personalities, Manisha used words like ‘coward’, ‘confused’, ‘two-faced’, and ‘aggressive’ for Jiya. Shankar took offence and responded with equal wrath, stating Rani is an attention seeker, ‘self-obsessed’, stubborn and also a two-faced over-smart woman.
In a live interaction with the audience, a representative rubbed the ‘two-faced’ tag in Jiya’s face by pointing out how she had beef with Palak in the initial days but now, suddenly they’re friends. Not only did she do that, she turned down Avinash Sachdev and Falaq Naazz, disappointing the audience. Jiya justified that the start of BB was her ‘explore time’ and by day by 23, she’s stuck with people she’s sure about.
Abhishek Malhan along with Falaq, Jiya, and Jad were but in a room to prove why they made the best captain while the rest didn’t. After the ‘pick me’ game, Abhishek had to bid goodbye to the captaincy role. The waging war between Avinash and Abhishek is another sizzling drama worth noticing.
And lastly, the Sunday Surprise was that nobody got evicted, although Bebika was scared, jokingly by Salman about her elimination.
