Star Heroine As The Female Lead
Manchu Vishnu’s dream and ambitious project Bhakta Kannappa has been making sound since the female lead Nupur Sanon rifted out of the project. Actor talking about the movie for years have launched the film a few days back in Hyderabad.
The makers are currently busy with the pre-production works of the film and will son commence the shooting. Prabhas is said to be playing the role of lord Shiva in the project. Manchu Vishnu met Prabhas a few days back and offered him the role of Lord Shia and Prabhas readily agreed to the role having respect for Mohan Babu.
According to sources, Vishnu thought Naynathar would be a good choice for a female cameo opposite Prabhas. The makers have approached the star heroine regarding the same cameo after the actress is riding high on the success of Jawan.
Nayanathara haven’t given response for the film but might do if she likes the role. Manchu Vishnu who will be seen as the Bhakta Kannappa is producing the film under his 24 frames factory and has a huge budget of close to rupees 100 crores.
Paruchuri Gopalkrishna and Sai Madhav Burra are working on the script of this film. The makers are planning to shoot amidst green mats with foreign technicians working on this period drama soon. The actor also said the movie will be shot in Switzerland and won’t return until the film wraps up with its shooting.
