Avatar 2: A slight dip in collections…

James Cameron’s mammoth film Avatar 2 is finally out in theatres now and as expected, initial shows are showing bumper response. The box office has been set on fire, which was hinted at by booking trends.

According to trade analysts’ claims, they already crossed the 100 million mark only with the premieres worldwide.

But, the situation is not the same as expected because the sequel manages to collect only 131 million dollars only in the USA in its first weekend with a combined of premieres.

Coming to MCU, the Avengers End Game collected a massive amount of 357 Millon dollars alone in the US. Next to that, we have Spider-Man: No way Home with 260 million dollars and Black Panther with 202 Millon dollars.

The movie team and the director James Cameron is pretty much sure about their movie which gives a new world of experience, especially under the water.

Many critics are estimating that the sequel will follow the initial part. The prequel also did the same, the movie run started slowly but at last, the film collected a whopping mark of 23000 crores Indian rupee back in 2009 itself.

Avatar 2 is still on for a $180-200 million domestic opening in the US and a massive $500-600 million global bow. Even the lowest end of estimates will put the film in an excellent position to pass the $1 billion mark soon, and the Christmas and New Year holidays will ensure continued strong and long play.
