Veteran producer C Ashwini Dutt, who is backing Prabhas’ upcoming sci-fi thriller Project K, under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies has revealed their film plans. He has stated that the film already wrapped up 70 per cent of shooting.
Talking about Project K, Ashwini Dutt said, “Mickey J Meyer is not scoring music for Project K and Santosh Narayanan, has been roped in to score BGM & music. We have also roped in Bollywood lady musicians and we have yet to announce a long list of the film’s star cast. We will soon make an official announcement”.
Talking about the shooting part, he added, “Project: K is 70% complete, and we began VFX work in 5 VFX companies five months ago”.
“Amitabh and Deepika will join the shoot soon, and they’ve only 7-10 days of work. Prabhas is the main focus of Project K, but these three characters will carry the entire film”, he added.
Directed by Nag Ashwin, Project K has Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan essaying the roles of a father and son. The film marks the debut of Deepika Padukone in Telugu cinema.
