Armaan Malik’s fiancée
Bollywood singer Armaan Malik has sung some of the most popular tracks including Hua Hai Aaj Pehli Baar, Mai Rahun Ya Na Rahun, Chale Aana and Bol Do Na Zara among others. He recently got engaged to social media influencer and Youtuber Aashna Shroff and shared some adorable pictures with his would-be wife.
Aashna enjoys a massive fan following of over 990 K on Instagram and over 185k YouTube subscribers. Even without confirming it publicly, Shroff and Malik had made it easy for everyone to guess that the couple was dating. Their vacation pictures from Disneyland and Paris remain the highlight of their PDA.
Before entering the world of social media, DNA reports Shroff to be a school teacher. She left her job and started her YouTube channel. Soon after Aashna started an online venture called The Snob Shop. One of her videos titled ‘Bra Talk’ is said to be her shot to fame. Several media reports suggest her net worth to be over Rs 35 crores.
Aashna graduated from MIT College, Mumbai and later went on to study at the New Zealand Tertiary College. She has fluency in Hindi, English and French languages. Kiran Shyam Shroff who made a brief appearance in acting and modelling is Aashna’s mother. Reportedly, her parents separated a long way back.
Aashna is quite close to her aunt Preeti. In an interesting throwback trivia, Preeti had a unique habit of collecting blades but that turned out to be a nightmare for Aashna. In an interview, Shroff revealed that she cut her wrist with one of the blades as a child while she was playing.
While sharing the pictures of her proposal from Armaan, Aashna captioned the post, “Your leap of faith made me put all my faith in you.” Armaan on the other hand wrote, “and our forever has only just begun.” Several celebrities took to the comment section and dropped best wishes to the couple.
He told Lifestyle Asia, “I would say that I’ve learned a lot from this journey. I’ve seen a lot of transitions in my career, I’ve seen a lot of changes in my voice. Every year, I feel like I have a new voice that I get to use for my fans and my listeners. I don’t want to ever stop learning. I think the more you learn, the better you become as a human being and as an artist.”
