Singham Again
In Singham Again, Rohit Shetty appears to have discovered a formidable villain in Arjun Kapoor, once again, to rival Ajay Devgn, his colossal hero. Recently, his first-look poster was also shared by director Rohit Shetty. Since then, the actor has been grabbing all the headlines.
Arjun says his love for cinema allows him to experiment with the roles he chooses to play on screen! The actor is overjoyed that Shetty recognised his acting abilities and cast him as the antagonist in his lavishly produced film, Singham Again. Arjun claims he has given it his all.
For him, becoming an anti-hero is a natural progression from being a hero. Featuring an ensemble cast including Tiger Shroff, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, and Ranveer Singh, Arjun will face off against a legion of law enforcement officers in the third instalment of the Singham franchise.
He claims it is in keeping with his mission of being unconventional. It would be interesting to see Arjun Kapoor face off five supercops. Rohit Shetty has established a cop universe in Bollywood with three of his big movies – Singham, Simmba, and Sooryavanshi, which starred Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, respectively.
Singham 3 is slated to release on Independence Day, August 15, 2024.
