As the historic Indian cricket match between India v/s Pakistan unfolds, Anushka Sharma can’t stop her eyes from gleaming with pride as her husband, also the captain of Indian Cricket Team, Virat Kohli takes the front seat and plays on the field like there’s no tomorrow.

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli were working together for a Clear Shampoo Ad and while on sets, they clicked in 2013. They dated each other for quite a long time before tying the knot. However, many people don’t know that they didn’t propose to each other. Earlier, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli revealed that they didn’t propose to each other formally.
Finally, they called it forever in December 2017. They welcomed their little munchkin, Vamika on January 11, 2021. Anushka Sharma began her journey into B-Town in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008), but her face became popular with Band Baaja Baaraat beside Ranveer Singh.
At the work front, she’s been on and off as an actor. In the movie Qala in 2022, she gave a cameo appearance. Before that, the time she worked as a lead in the movie Zero beside SRK. She’s now resuming her work with the movie Chakda ‘Xpress on Netflix, December 16th 2023.
