Bollywood super star Amitabh Bachchan turns 81 today. Marking the occasion, the makers of his upcoming mythological Sci-fi epic Kalki 2898 AD unveiled a poster of the 81 year old actor from the film.
The first look poster of Bachchan teases his character to be a sage, standing upright in what looks like a cave with sunshine falling right on top of him. AB is seen sporting a heavily bearded look with only eyes visible and rest of the face covered with a scarf in the poster.
Team Kalki 2898 AD wished the actor from their official handle of Vyjayanthi movies tweeted.Kalki2898 AD is a science fiction film helmed by director Nag Ashwin. Makers announced the film in 2020 under the working title Project K with Prabhas as the lead actor.
Kalki 2898 AD also boasts star cast like Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and more in prominent roles. The makers have also created history by premiering the teaser at the 2023 San Diego Comic Con garnering positive responses.
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will next be seen in Ganpath playing antagonist featuring Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles and AB is also part of Thalaivar170.
