“Am I The Bad Luck For My Dad?” – Rajasekhar’s Elder Daughter Shivani Gets Emotional?

With celebrities, Sukumar, Raj Tarun, Vijay Bhaskar, and Samuthirakani gracing the event, Rajasekhar’s “Sekhar” pre-release event went on an exciting way. Directed by Jeevitha Rejasekhar, the movie will hit the silver screen on May 20.

Amidst many chief guests’ speeches and movie cast, Rajasekhar’s elder daughter Shivani’s emotional speech became a major highlight of the event. Thanking all the cast and crew of the movie, Shivani shared the hurdles and emotional journey she had during the Sekhar movie shoot.

Initially, speaking about her mother, Shivani said, “Many tried to put down my mother with the negative statements like she is the reason for my father’s career drop. But she is the one who gives us moral support when we need it. She will answer all those wrong-minded people with Sekhar movie success”.

Continuing her speech, she said, ” when it was just 6days away from the Sekhar Shooting, he got covid because of me. I recovered within three days, but my father went into a critical stage. His Saturation level went so low that he was even unable to walk. He almost lost 15kgs. It was a terrible time in my life as I faced one after the other worst situations. My debut movie release got postponed. Many started pointing out even my horoscope. With all these, I went to a stage where I thought I was bad luck to my dad. But, it was my dad who bought me out of it. Even in those tough times, my father said, “I was not the reason for his covid and helped me to come out of depression. I am very thankful to him”.

Later, expressing her love towards her dad, she sang a father song from the Sekhar movie. Finally, she added that she is confident that the Sekhar movie will be a good hit and pay off all their hard work.

Touted as an action drama, “Sekhar” is an official remake of Joseph’s blockbuster Malayalam film.
