Alia Bhatt is an incredible actress and has won hearts with her exceptional acting and charming personality. The actress has proved her potential and successfully eliminated the Nepo tag. Recently, the actors conducted an Ask Me Anything session on her Instagram account. She answered one of her fans about how she deals with anxiety.

In her Ask Me Anything session, her fans have asked her, “How do you deal with anxiety?” to which Alia replied, “We all have certain things that might trigger our anxiety—for example, I find myself getting very worked up with any sudden change or a situation I have no control over.. But it took me a long while to understand that… so prior to any of these moments, I just try and be aware of it, and if it’s too much, I allow myself to check out and feel the way I feel. Trying to control how you feel sometimes does more harm than good. Also, speak to someone who you can trust! it helps!”

In the early stages of her career, the actress received too much hate for being a star kid and for getting an easy opportunity in the film industry. Still, the actress faced everything with grace and dignity. It is not easy for anybody to face negativity being thrown, and it becomes even more difficult when you can’t do anything about it.
