Adipurush writer is too late to apologize

Rebel Star Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer ‘Adipurush’ has been released recently amidst a lot of expectations and the film is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated movies this year. However, the film hasn’t lived up to the expectations and utterly failed at the box office. Touted to be the adaptation of ‘Ramayan’, the movie bagged a lot of negative responses.

The netizens and critics not only trolled the film and its directors but also the dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir for his bad conversations in the film, mainly for writing some low language to lord Hanuman. After getting involved in so many controversies, Manoj Muntashir finally came forward to convey apologies for hurting the sentiments of people.

“I accept people’s emotions have been hurt by Adipurush. With folded hands, I extend my unconditional apologies. May Prabhu Bajrang Bali keep us united and grant us strength to serve our sacred Sanatan and our great nation. #Adipurush” wrote Manoj Muntashir on his official social media handle.

Though movie buffs and fans are still not convinced by the writer’s apologies, some netizens are happy that it is better late than never. However, Some are still angry at Manoj who claimed that ‘Adipurush’ is not entirely based on Ramayana but is just inspired by it. They are also commenting that he is too late in conveying his apologies as a lot of damage has already happened to the film.
