Adah Sharma is hospitalized
Adah Sharma the popular actress, especially after The Kerala Story got hospitalized today due to food allergy. Reportedly, she came down with a severe burst of stress hives and diarrhoea today morning. Currently, she is under observation. Wednesday morning, she began to vomit non-stop and also due to the diarrhea, became severely dehydrated and had to be rushed to the hospital. Currently, she’s under medical observation.
Food allergy or food poisoning is a curable phenomena that happens when you eat something that your digestive system is unable to accept. Its onset can be severe stomach pain which may not go away even after taking pain killers. Followed by excessive vomiting every few minutes and also diarrhoea, the body can become extremely weak and one can even faint due to it. Giddiness is another common symptom after the vomiting becomes repetitive. Certain spices or vegetables or mainly junk food can cause a painful occurrence of food poisoning.
Hence, the body tries to get rid of the foreign, unwelcomed food which can be exhausting. If needed, one must see a doctor at the earliest. If the situation is under control, it’s best to let the stomach rest for a few hours but keep taking fluids or ORS to avoid serious dehydration and blood pressure drop. Once you feel better, you can start with light foods like curd rice or khichadi.
While Adah Sharma is under care, her upcoming movie Commando is on its way to the theatres. When she was first asked about how she felt about this role, she expressed that the change in her character in the film is amusing. In The Kerala Story she was sitting handcuffed in front of officers but in her next movie, she’ll be on the opposite end of the table as an investigator, and the fact that the filmmakers trusted her with a role so critical immediately after her first blockbuster makes her feel honored and motivated to achieve more.
