As the host thanked Yami Gautam for being a part of the show Reel Buddies, Yami Gautam who is playing the role of Kamini Maheshwari in the film OMG 2 suggested, ” We weren’t aware that we were going to be a part of the show Reel Buddies, as we didn’t know, we were buddies.“, and upon being asked what bond do they share, she suggested, ” Those bonds that come out of work and make work beautiful are lovely in themself. This is the first time I am working with Mr.Pankaj, come on who doesn’t know Mr. Pankaj’s name and work? This was a great opportunity to learn something, there is no better learning than practical learning and I had fun working with him and that is the bond we share.”. She further added, “Often people talk about chemistry a hero and heroine shares, I believe the ones who support you are important when one begins to believe that working with a splendid talent can get the best of you over wondering about your lines and your character you will be able to do better.”, stated the actress expressing how much she loved working with a brilliant actor.
Pankaj Tripathi who is playing the role of Kanti Sharan Mudgal in OMG 2 humbly suggested, ” After looking at her dedication and preparation, I was extremely influenced by her work. I am familiar with her husband and heard that she is also Gyani Mahila(an educated woman) and has been a topper at her university, which makes me respect her more.”.
OMG 2 starring Yami Gautam, Pankaj Tripathi, and Akshay Kumar is set to hit the theatres on 11th August, the story revolves around Kanti Sharan Mudgal a worshipper of Lord Shiva who is upset with the society which picked on his family.
