Dulquer Salman: “That is borderline creepy, like kidnapping.”

Dulquer Salman, the Mahanati’s Gemini Ganeshan, has recently appeared in Jasleen Royal’s Heeriye. The soulful song happens to be Dulquer’s first feature song in the Bollywood pop space. Shershaah’s heartfelt song Raanjha’s artist Jasleen Royal happens to score by the song. Arijit Singh’s Ardent voice and Jasleen’s spirited music make it pleasing to the ear.

During an interview, upon being, asked, “Why did he choose Heeriye amongst many other projects?” he replied, ” are two reasons, one is Jasleen and the other is the song.”. Jasleen happens to be overjoyed, with the release of the song and getting to collaborate with Dulquer and Arijit Singh.” I came up with the melody first and my lyricist Aditya came up with the lyrics, and then my director Taani Tanweer it was the idea of the story, everything happened one at a time, and then we thought we had something cool, we can approach Dulquer.” Quoted Jasleen.

Dulquer articulates one of the most romantic things he has ever done for a loved one who happens to be his wife, ” I have written pages and pages of letters, on my first date with my wife I drove her from Chennai to Pondicherry in an hour and a half. We spoke for 4 hours as I drove her back, I don’t know if it is romantic that is borderline creepy, like kidnapping.” stated the actor wittily.

Dulquer and his wife Amal went to the same school as the kids. While Dulquer was in the 12th grade, his wife was five years junior to him. After education, they coincidentally met and happened to soon fall in love with each other.
