Vicky Kaushal and Hrithik Roshan’s trainer reveals the actors’ sleep routine

Trainer Kris Gohin trains the two top noche actors of Bollywood, Vicky Kaushal and Hrithik Rohan. Kris Gethin recently, in an interview, revealed a few interesting facts about both actors. he differentiated how they prioritize their sleep. Kris mentioned the actors’ sleep schedules, which are entirely opposite.

Gohin started by praising Vicky and said that he is exceptionally accommodating. He then moved to their sleep routine and said that Vicky could easily manage with minimal sleep. he said, “Vicky is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and I don’t think he likes to say no to too many people, so if the directors want him shooting till silly o’clock, he does that. Sometimes, he’ll be running on four hours of sleep. But you would never know. He doesn’t come across as tired, he doesn’t moan, he doesn’t whinge, and on the set, he’s so energetic.”

He further highlighted his enduring partnership with Hrithik Roshan and said he would only work with individuals he can connect with them personally. He added that, unlike Vicky, Hrithik prioritizes his sleep more. He cannot manage himself if he doesn’t get enough sleep. As Hrithik Roshan has been prone to injuries since childhood, insufficient sleep would result in inflammation in his body. So, Hithik’s top priority is sleep, and these differences are quite noticeable between the actors.
