Bollywood commonly known as B-town is struggling with unexpected failures at the box office. At this point, the other regional films are scoring hits and blockbusters than Bollywood. Back in time, irrespective of content-driven films, Hindi films will only have the highest grosser. But the situation is completely transformed into a new era of Indian Cinema.
The other regional films are dominating Hindi films and this will be an impact for sure for them. Though we unite as Whole India, there are still so many differences in comparing North India and South India as this void spread to Cine Industry too. Taran Adarsh who is a famous film critic said the current status of Bollywood is in ICU and to get out of this, they need more Pathaan-like films to regain its dominance. The harsh truths are South Indian films are purely sweeping in big numbers in Bollywood. Simply, they are not in a situation to digest this.
Pathaan, the SRK starer was a huge blockbuster and minted more than 1000 crores. So Taran believes that Bollywood is in great need of movies like Pathaan due to only money. This is not at all acceptable. Ups and Downs are there and it changes with Time. Just wait for the perfect situation.
