The news that actress Ileana has been banned from the Tamil film world has spread rapidly. According to reports, a ban was imposed by the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) after the actress refused to act in the film despite receiving a huge advance from the producer.
But the Tamil Film Producers Council is denying this news. The producers’ association says that reports of Ileana being banned are completely false. TFPC said they have not imposed any kind of ban on Ileana. They also say that they do not know how such rumours arose.
The information behind such a rumour is that Ileana has not acted in a Telugu or Tamil movie for a long time. Some fans pointed out that this is not because the actress is not acting consciously but because of the ban.
Ileana was a leading star in Tollywood after she made her debut in Bollywood, but she has not returned to South Indian films since then. Ileana’s last Telugu film was in 2018, she played the female lead role in Ravi Teja‘s Amar Akbar Anthony.
It is reported that Ileana is living abroad after marriage and that’s the reason this actress is not active in films.
