Rohit Shetty, man of action entertainers is ready to make India’s multi-starring cop film.
Inside sources have said to media platforms about director Rohit Shetty plans on making a cop multi-starrer movie. All of his films are blockbusters in theaters for his action sequential films have separate craze among the audience in Bollywood. Ajay Devgn starrer Singham, remake of Suriya’s Tamil film Singham was directed by Rohit Shetty in Hindi which was a huge blockbuster in actor’s career. Sources say that Rohit Shetty next project is also titled Singham Again starring Ajay Devgn as lead cop along with other top actors who played as cops in his directorial films.
Buzz is that Singham Again script is all ready and in talks with the actors about roles. If all goes well, Shooting may begin by August this year as Rohit plans on releasing it for independence day 2024 weekend. Director has plans about shooting all the fight sequences in both India and abroad, with big scale action scenes in real locations. He plans on making the film to be a biggest cop film in the Indian film industry and change the game of cop universe surrounded in Indian notions. Since Singham is his favorite, he decided to name his upcoming to be with the same title.
Development team informed sources that film may have all the huge Bollywood stars as cast as Ajay Devgn will be seen as Bajirao Singham led with others such as Jackie Shroff, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Kareen Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. Ranveer and Akshay will be seen as extended cops in the film while Deepika may do a cameo as female cop and Jackie Shroff as antagonist. Said that Singham will be shot over more than three months and between 120 days at various locations in India and overseas. Once the cast unwraps their shootings, director will start shooting for the film primarily focusing on actor’s roles in the films according to their schedules. Kareen Kapoor will be seen paying as partner of Ajay Devgn where Jackie Shroff becomes main antagonist in the sequel continuing from Sooryavanshi.
