Rajamouli takes Rs 400 crores for Baahubali but why

There is no need for an introduction for SS Rajamouli who bagged a stupendous craze across the globe. With Baahubali and RRR, the director raised Tollywood standards to the international level. However, a statement from a Tamil media person about such a director is creating waves on social media.

When Rajamouli is planning his future projects like SSMB 29 and Mahabharata with a huge budget, it is being said that Rajamouli has taken a loan of ₹400 crores. Getting into the news, a Kollywood media person stated that the director Rajamouli has taken a loan of ₹400 crores and that too at a 24% interest rate and for a period of 5 years, in order to bring out Baahubali.

However, while Baahubali’s first part was funded by a loan from Ramoji Rao, the second part of Baahubali is said to have been solely pulled off by the original producers’ Prasad Devineni and Shobhu Yarlagadda. This is making everyone wonder why Rajamouli would take a loan for the film when producers have taken care of financial things. Hence, we have to wait and see, if Rajamouli replies to this statement or not.
