The bungalow boasts a spacious layout, with a plot size of 3754 sq ft and a built-up area of 2180 sq ft on the ground floor, along with a basement area of 950 sq ft and a sizable garden spanning 2232 sq ft. Additionally, the property includes a parking area measuring 400 sq ft.

This transaction follows Priyanka Chopra’s notable real estate ventures, including the sale of two penthouses in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala Complex for a total of ₹6 crore. Last year’s sales comprised one penthouse measuring 860 sq ft, sold for ₹2.25 crore, and another spanning 1,432 sq ft, sold for ₹3.75 crore.

Prior to this, Priyanka Chopra had divested a commercial property in Andheri’s Lokhandwala for ₹7 crore, along with leasing a second-floor office property in Oshiwara for ₹2.11 lakh per month.

The surge in property registrations in Pune, with 21,744 properties registered in March 2024, marking a 52% increase from the previous year, underscores the region’s growing real estate market. Stamp duty collections during this period also witnessed a substantial rise, totaling ₹804 crore, reflecting a 30% year-on-year increase, according to the Maharashtra government’s department of Registrations and Stamps (IGR).

Priyanka Chopra’s strategic real estate moves, combined with the burgeoning property market in Pune, highlight the continued significance of the region as a prime investment destination in India.
