Naga Chaitanya has recently appeared in Custody. A Venkat Prabhu directorial happened to hit the box office by making around 26.8 crores. The film was the talk of the town until its release, and though it hit the box office. The film was not critically well-acclaimed.
Through Custody, Chaitanya made himself familiar with the Tamil audience. Custody was one of the most anticipated films of the year. The film revolves around a constable who fights for a cause. He will soon be witnessed in Dootha a reputed Horror- thriller starring Naga Chaitanya and Parvathy Thiruvothu and Prachi Desai one of the most loved Bollywood actresses is also going to be part of the film.
Netizens speculated that Chaitanya would be the leading man of Bhool Bhulaiya 2 a sequel to the blockbuster 2007 film Bhool Bhulaiyya starring Vidya Balan and Akshay Kumar. The actor’s team dismissed the rumors and stated, “The news is not true, Naga Chaitanya is not part of the film.” Dootha is reported to stream on Amazon Prime Video in August this year.
