Naga Chaitanya says after breakup being ‘good friends’ irritates him

Chaitanya is all set for promotions of his upcoming film Custody starring Kriti Sheety and as part of promotions, the actor recently appeared in a video with Youtuber Irfan.
As a part of the show, Chaitanya played a game of truth or dare and gave unfiltered answers to some questions. As part of a question about being rejected in a relationship, Irfan spoke about his break-up from two and a half years ago when asked about rejection in a relationship.
He explained how the girl told him it won’t work out but suggested that they can be good friends. Chaitanya quickly responded to his statement. “We can be good friends. It is that part that irritates me the most. I didn’t ask for friendship,” Chaitanya added as a reply to Irfan’s statement.
As soon as this video surfaced on social media, netizens poured out comments and several people who agreed with Chaitanya’s opinion. In the same interview, Naga Chaitanya also spoke about his biggest regret in life. He said, “I don’t have any regrets per se. I see them as experiences from which I’ve learnt. There are 2-3 films that I regret doing but again I see them as the kind of work I shouldn’t repeat,”.
Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming film Telugu-Tamil bilingual Custody is all set to be released on May 12th worldwide. Tamil Director Venkat Prabhu has made it and this is the first time that he is working with Naga Chaitanya. This crime drama has renowned actor Arvind Swamy as the antagonist. The film also stars Krithi Shetty, Priyamani and Sampath Raj in crucial roles.
