A recent report suggests that Moon Chae Won has decided not to attend the SBS award show scheduled for 28 December 2023.
Moon Chae Won will be absent at the event. After two years, the actress made a massive comeback through Kdrama Payback, which bagged her appreciation. It is reported that Lee Sun Hyun’s drug abuse case has impacted his co-star and Paycheck actress’s decision not to attend the event.
The Parasite fame actor is reported to have been part of drug abuse. The actor who previously bagged a crucial role in the drama No Way Out happens to have been reconsidered for the show. A recent report from a Korean Media Portal suggested that the actor had to leave the show, but the production team hasn’t found a replacement yet. Lee Sun Kyun was taken into custody by the police and was investigated on 21 October.
“We received the invite to the 2023 SBS Drama Awards, but we have not confirmed whether she will be attending. We believed there would be further dialogue with SBS but were never contacted,” reported Koreaboo in their recent report.
