The latest buzz is that Varun Tej, who is currently doing Gandhivadhari Arjuna with Praveen Sattaru, has received an offer to remake the Bollywood hit movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Though the film registered a super hit in Bollywood, it is touted to be a risky project due to a few factors. The first thing is that though Karthik Aryan portrayed the hero role in the original version, it was Tabu’s character, who played a dual role in the movie, that became more highlighted.
The way she played positive and negative shades played a vital role in its success. Also, the hero’s character in the film will not have more weight. And it’s a known fact that such things do not connect easily with our Telugu audience.
Moreover, the director of this Telugu remake proposal is Ramesh Vermata who gave Ravi Teja a super flop in the form of Khiladi. With all these, Varun Tej fans are worried about the movie. However, as it is currently in the discussion stage, no conclusion has been reached yet. The other point to be noted is Hindi films are already available in OTT and might be watched by most of the Telugu audience.
