Tollywood actor Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi’s engagement announcement surprised fans and the announcement of them being in a relationship for a long time has been buzzing in the entertainment industry.
The celebrity couple’s wedding arrangements are in full swing. Meanwhile, the nuptials set to take place later this year according to the reports are not without merit. Lavanya Tripathi who will soon be part of the Konidela family made a significant career decision in light of her upcoming role as daughter-in-law.
According to inside sources, Lavanya has stepped down from some films following her engagement in June. Lavanya agreed to do a couple of web series and films where in a few series, bold scenes are required but due to her impending familial ties to the Konidela family, the actress chose to opt out from those films committing to her family reputation giving the advance back to producers encouraging them to find some other actress.
Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi got engaged on June 9 in an intimate ceremony at the actor’s house in Hyderabad. Konidela family Chiranjeevi Konidela, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan with his wife Upasana Konidela, Allu Arjun, Sai Dharam Tej, Vaishnav Tej along with others seen blessing the couple on their day.
Varun and Lavanya are said to have fallen in love during their first film together Antariksham 9000 KMPH and Mister. Although the couple has yet to announce the wedding date officially, the Wedding will be held in Italy in November with around 50 members in an intimate ceremony.
