Young Rebel Star Prabhas’s ‘Adipurush’ is all set to hit theaters on June 16. Directed by Om Raut, the movie is based on the epic story of Hindu epic, Ramayan and the expectations are high on the film. According to the latest reports, the director of ‘Dangal’, Nitesh Tiwari is also planning to make a film based in the story of Ramayan with the same name. The pre-production works for the film are going on at a brisk pace. Bollywood star couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are on board to play the roles of Sita Maa and Lord Sri Ram respectively.
On the other hand, KGF star Yash was offered the role of Ravana in the film. But, as per the latest reports Yash has reportedly rejected this massive offer. Though the Kannada Rocking Star was very thrilled about the big-budget project and equally excited for playing Ravana’s role, it seems like Yash has rejected the offer politely due to the reasons best known to him. Yash has reportedly rejected the offer as he felt that his fans would not be happy watching him in a negative role. Unlike Bollywood, the heroes in South gives equal importance to the fans feelings and won’t accept the roles that will hurt them.
