The makers released KGF 2 following the prequel three years after the blockbuster. KGF 2 emerged as a blockbuster, shattering new records, and later, Prashanth Neel went on to work on Salar, which is soon to be released theatrically.
While promoting Salaar, Prashanth Neel talked about the sequel for KGF Chapter 3. he opened up about the plans of making KGF 3. He shared, “KGF 3 is in the works. I’m unsure whether I’ll be directing it, but Yash will always be a part of it. KGF 3 is happening, and the announcement wasn’t made casually. We already have a script in place. We finalized the script before making the official announcement.”
The Salaar director confirmed that he would delve into a project with Jr NTR before he starts production works for KGF 3 and wants to try something new that is out of his comfort zone. He said people will see NTR in a fresh take and connect to it.
Prashanth Neel’s upcoming Salaar, starring Prabhas, is the most anticipated film and is slated to release on December 22.
