Samantha Ruth Prabhu is considered one of the Tollywood industry’s most talented and beautiful actresses. Audiences have been anticipating Shiva Nirvana’s directorial Kushi since its announcement, which stars the actress as the female lead. Hype between fans wasn’t downed even after the postponement of its shooting due to health reasons of the film’s female lead Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s film tentatively named Kushi in May this year is touted to be a romantic comedy also written by Shiva Nirvana. Interestingly, the latest buzz is that Samantha’s character has a flashback in the film.
The flashback of the actress’s role is said to be heavily emotional. Considering, that the movie’s makers are saying Kushi is going to be a mature love story, we can expect some emotional backgrounds from both the leads in the film. Samantha was previously also impressive in an emotional role in Majili, directed by the same director.
Jayaram, Sachin Khedakar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, and Saranya Pradeep played key roles in this movie. Hesham Abdul Wahab is the music director of this film. Produced under Mythri Movie Makers, the movie is scheduled to hit big screens on September 1, 2023.
