It’s been over three years since the announcement of Ram Charan. Ram Charan is now busy with his new film, Game Changer, directed by Shankar. Dil Raju is producing the action drama on a whopping budget of Rs 300 crore.
Only 60% of the film has been wrapped up, and a chunk of the shoot has yet to be completed. The team is finally getting a move on, as a particular schedule will start on February 18, 2024. We have exclusively learned that this schedule will commence in Ramoji Filmy City. A unique set is being laid for the same, and the news is that a critical action sequence will be canonized.
If reliable sources are to be believed, leading Telugu producer Dil Raju is reportedly planning to reclaim the Telugu theatrical rights from Zee Studios sooner rather than later. “Dil Raju has realized that the budget for his upcoming film ‘Game Changer’ has increased drastically. He is trying to hold negotiations with Zee Studios to relieve Telugu theatrical rights from their Rs 350 crore(all rights inclusive deal) since he wants to release the Ram Charan and Shankar film on his own in Telugu states,” says a source.
We know that Game Changer will miss its summer 2024 release and will only be released during Diwali 2024. Dil Raju feels Diwali will be a perfect time to release the film. Kiara Advani plays the female lead in this film, which has music by Thaman. Srikanth and Sunil play critical roles in this film.
