The entire Indian film industry and cinephiles were shocked on Tuesday as the news about Deepika Padukone being hospitalized spread like a wildfire. If the reports are to be believed, Deepika was said to have faced increased heartbeat and uneasiness on Monday night and was immediately shifted to the Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai. She was cleared of any severe health ailments after a plethora of tests, they say. There is no official statement either from Padukone’s or her hubby Ranveer Singh’s family.
Earlier, there were rumours afloat that DP faced a similar uneasy situation around a month back when she was in the shoot of Prabhas’s Project K in Hyderabad. She was said to have felt like losing consciousness all of a sudden while in the set and was immediately rushed to a prominent hospital in the city and sent after a few hours of medical checkups. The producer of the film Ashwini Dutt brushed away all the rumours back then and explained that Deepika went for a general check-up but not anything to worry about. As of now, it seems like Dutt had covered for Deepika and there seems to be an underlying problem persisting for the star actress. As the news spread wide and far, DP’s fans throughout the world have poured in their concerns and wishes to her. Every one of those had prayed that she would get well soon and be completely healthy again. Let us hope so too and wish her a speedy recovery from whatever ailments she is facing.
