Tickets for the poor people to watch the film must have already crossed crores collection before the tickets are out for sale so it wouldn’t be surprising if the movie records 100 crores sales on the very first day of it’s release.
Even the Politicians and Indian businessmen are appreciating the movie telling the people to watch at least once in theatre for the experience. Although, Adipurush has been getting mixed reactions from public since it’s first teaser was out. Talking about it’s VFX works, people have been criticizing the team for not converting it into a complete animated film.
Latest reports suggest that Theatrical tickets for Adipurush have already sold over 20,000 tickets in their advance bookings excluding the tickets celebrities came front to give away for needy. Adipurush rights in Nizam area got sold for 50 crores.
From the information we can already see the rising graph and how easily it can par the 100 crore collection in a day but the question is Can Adipurush shatter the records of the highest grossing films in day and create a new record?
SS Rajamouli has broken these chart with his own films that got released pan India level. RRR tops the chart collecting 135 crores in a day while Bahubali 2: The Conclusion has collected 123 crores on it’s first day. Now minting over 100 Crores for Pan Indian Star Prabhas is easy for the epic story Ramayan he did and strategically releasing it in summer vacation so even the Indian students could go and watch the film would work.
Let us wait and see even after a movie getting mixed reactions from people for ruining our history with lot of visual effects yet collecting more than 5o crores for a theatrical right, if it could cross SS Rajamouli’s RRR and Bahubali 2 collections and set a new record in single day collections after setting a huge deal with OTT streaming digital rights.
