Producer and director Karan Johar has produced a number of films under his banner Dharma Productions. He also collaborated with star directors on many of their films. One of them is Ayan Mukerji, with whom he collaborated for Wake Up Sid, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, and Brahmastra.
Ayan Mukerji and Karan Johar are said to have fallen out a few months ago over the issue regarding upcoming Brahmastra installments. Ayan Mukerji, after approaching other production houses, the fallout happened between them.
According to a close source to both the directors, they have reunited again, letting bygones be bygones. Ayan also met Karan in his Mumbai office recently, and both of them are looking for ways to collaborate again, Karan will always be Ayan’s mentor.
During the dispute between Karan and Ayan, there were rumors that Karan was upset with Ranbir for siding with his close friend Ayan about the issue, but both made sure that there isn’t a thing like that and Karan is close to Ranbir after marrying Alia.
