Bollywood star actress Alia Bhatt has reportedly bought a new flat in Mumbai. The 2,497 sq ft apartment is located in Pali Hill, a posh area of Bandra West, Mumbai. The new apartment is next to the new Kapoor bungalow under construction. Alia and her husband Ranbir Kapoor are expected to move in with their family once the bungalow is completed.
According to the reports, Alia bought a new apartment for Rs 37.8 crore. Alia has bought this flat in the name of her production company Eternal Sunshine. So reports say that it will be used as an office right next to the new residence.
It is informed that the registration of the apartment located on the sixth floor of Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited took place on April 10. It is also reported that Alia gifted two flats in Juhu to her sister Shaheen on the same day.
The apartment bought by Alia in Pali Hill has two parking slots. According to the published business documents, Alia has paid Rs 2.26 crore as stamp duty. It is learned that Alia also paid Rs 30 lakh as stamp duty for the registration of the 2,086 square feet of apartments she bought for her sister in Juhu.
Alia and her husband Ranbir Kapoor currently live in an apartment complex called Vastu in Pali Hill.
