Tillu Square is actually a sequel to DJ Tillu, starring Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Anupama Parameswaran. Directed by Mallik Ram, it was released on March 29th, 2024. The audience has given it positive reviews.

Tillu Square has started off really well and could become the first true comedy film in Tollywood to reach the 100 crore mark. This would be a big achievement! The fact that it’s a sequel and that there hasn’t been much competition in Tollywood lately has helped Tillu Square a lot. Even in the USA, it’s doing well and has made over $2 million there. But with Vijay Deverakonda’s Family Star set to release on April 5, we’ll have to wait and see how Tillu Square handles the competition.
