On the fourth day of release, both Vidya Balan and Pratik Gandhi-starrer “Do Aur Do Pyaar” and Dibakar Banerjee’s “Love Sex Aur Dhoka 2” faced a significant downturn at the box office, with both films registering dismal numbers after an already lackluster weekend. The combined total collections of both films on Monday failed to surpass the Rs 35 lakh mark, indicating a disappointing outcome.

“Do Aur Do Pyaar” had managed to accumulate a weekend collection of Rs 2.5 crore, with Sunday figures standing at Rs 95 lakh. However, on Monday, the film’s collections plummeted to Rs 25 lakh, according to estimates provided by Sacnilk.
Reportedly, the movie exhibited an overall 9.20% Hindi occupancy on Monday, April 22, with morning shows recording 6.31% occupancy, followed by 9.47% in the afternoon, and 9.03% and 11.99% in the evening and night shows, respectively.
Industry trackers observed that the occupancy levels for the romantic comedy drama remained consistently below 10 percent throughout the day, with night shows witnessing a slight increase to just over 11 percent.

Insights from Sacnilk revealed that “Do Aur Do Pyaar” box office garnered Rs 55 lakhs on its opening day, with an overall Hindi occupancy rate of 9.10%. Occupancy rates varied across different time slots, with morning, afternoon, and evening shows recording 5.58%, 8.97%, and 8.76% respectively. Night shows saw a peak with 13.08% occupancy.
On the following day, April 20, 2024, “Do Aur Do Pyaar” witnessed a surge in Hindi occupancy, reaching 13.72% overall. Morning shows began with 7.61% occupancy, which increased to 15.30% during the afternoon slot. The evening and night shows maintained a consistent attendance, with 16.30% and 15.66% occupancy respectively.
