Irrespective of the talk, the film scored great at the ticket counter. In the last few years, no movie by Vijay Antony has opened shows with at least fifty percent occupancy. But Bichagadu 2 bagged shocking figures in most of the areas.
According to information received from the trade, the film collected approximately 2 crores 30 lakh shares on the first day. In terms of gross, this is more than four crores. It is more than the first-day collection of Ponniyin Selvan 2. By this, we can understand the level of confidence people have in Vijay Antony’s movie. The Nizam film collected seventy lakhs and surprised everyone.
Just If the film receives another four crore share, the break-even will be achieved. This weekend there are no more movies for the masses, so it will be a plus for this film. Starting with Sakunthalam and ending with Custody, nothing worked out at the box office and now things turned out in favor of Bichagadu 2.
