Uorfi Javed, the queen of creativity is leaving no opportunity to enjoy the Ganesh Chaturthi festival. As Bappa is just a few hours away from Their arrival, just like every Mumbaikar, Uorfi Javed is off for a trip to Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai with her friends Sanjit Asgaonkar and Pratik Sehajpal. In an interview, she was asked if she faces any difficulties in finding homes in Mumbai because of her reputation in the entertainment field and for being a Muslim on top of it, and she agreed to the unnecessary clauses applied on her just because she’s a Muslim woman and she wears different clothes. When the question routed to whether she believes in God and religion, she said, “I’m not religious at all, but I don’t know what my relationship with God is, I don’t know who I am either. There’s a lot I’m still trying to learn and discover.”
On the work front, with her latest shirt-gown outfit, she made a video with Lilly Singh, the world famous celebrity who started her way through funny YouTube videos.
Uorfi Javed is known for her unique fashion sense and social media presence. Javed began her career with roles in soap operas and rose to fame in 2021 after appearing on Voot’s reality show Bigg Boss OTT 1.
