The Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor was questioned about the frequent discussions surrounding him on Karan Johar’s talk show, Koffee With Karan, and whether it bothers or undermines his hard work. In response, Kartik believed in keeping relationship matters private, emphasizing the necessity for mutual respect. He shared that he has never spoken about his relationships and expects the same discretion from his partner. The Satyaprem Ki Katha actor stressed respecting the time and moments spent together, even if things don’t work out. “We should not talk about our relationships in media”, he added. He urged the media and people not to question about his personal matters over discussions related to his work.
